The reduced apartments you do not have to scare us The truth is that with little is possible to do much, yes, having an open mind and being aware that the solutions we get to take advantage of space will not be entirely conventional. Today we show you one of those jobs. A mini apartment of only 34 m2 that has left us completely amazed, so much for the exquisite design that presents its decor, as well as the functionality and good use of its small space.
Located in the city of Madrid we can find this storeroom-loft. Small, cozy and with more space than we can imagine. Before going through the hands of the Architect Esteban Conejero Lopez, of Imae Design StudioIt was a dark place, with no rush of light and with only a small drain that had to be adapted.
We opted for straight spaces, those that allow light to pour in. They tried to communicate all the stays, thus bringing greater dynamism to the living place and creating a more than obvious visual amplitude.
They were looking for a minimalist style both on walls and floors and carpentry. However, the use of glasses inspire modernism, but above all, a clear and warm house. All this has been achieved under a single premise, to strip the house, to keep its original structure. For this reason we can observe those beautiful beams everywhere, completely treated and restored.
We found a surprisingly spacious bedroom with a 1.50 meter bed. In addition, it has several storage areas, as a wardrobe or the use of the part of the low cover to locate cupboards and drawers inside.
It also has a bathroom of surprising measures. A washbasin, suspended toilet with hand bidet and a large shower tray covered by an original plating. In addition, the wallpaper chosen for this space is striking, perhaps daring, but with a touch of overwhelming peace.
